Far from the idea of "flat country" that we have of the Somme and more generally of the North of France, small winding and shaded roads cross this very hilly landscape that is the valley of Évoissons. The vegetation is extremely dense and various. Each village has a charming church, often in Romanesque style, a Calvary and an amazing and beautiful centuries-old tree. Away from the main roads, is a calm and sweet atmosphere full of authenticity and serenity that predominated.
